Yael Stone
Stone was born and brought up on the streets of Sydney, Australia, where she was a student at her school, the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts and The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). Stone's career in acting began when she was an infant, as she played the role of Me Myself I. in Me Myself I. and The Farm. Her main focus was theatre. She was awarded the title of Best Newcomer in the Sydney Theatre Awards 2008 and Best Supporting actor for The Kid. As well as her roles in theatre, she has had a role on TV, with supporting roles, such as All Saints and Spirited. Between 2010 and 2011she was in The Diary of a Madman, a role for which she was again nominated for Best Supporting Actress in The Sydney Theatre Awards. She traveled in New York in February 2011 to appear in an upcoming Brooklyn Academy of Music production of The Diary of a Madman. When she returned to Sydney her role was to play the lead on stage in A Golem Story and Summer of the Seventeenth Doll.
